Lydia and her family had lived happily in their Guildford home for almost nine years but with three young children growing up fast and Lydia now running a small business from home, they had outgrown the property.

“The attention to detail was amazing; David managed to move everything out of the way, like the kids toys, all the paraphernalia, the chaos you get with every day family life and I was really impressed when the final photographs came through,” Lydia adds. “David really staged the house to capture its true character.”
